Projects Abroad is associated with a charity, registered in the UK, called “The Reconstruction Project”. Its charity number is 1109932.

Supporting our projects

The Reconstruction Project was set up to support a range of projects around the world; with a focus on making sure all its money can be used directly for the beneficiaries – and not spent on administration or corruption. To achieve this, it is working with Projects Abroad which has staff and offices in many developing countries and can make sure on the ground that the charity’s money is well spent.

Supporting your specific project

The Reconstruction Project has selected a number of Projects Abroad projects for help over the coming few years. However, if you want to donate to a particular project that is not listed, but which is still one of the projects where Projects Abroad works, you can donate the money to the Reconstruction Project and earmark it for a specific charitable purpose. It will always reach your intended target!
