We are looking for a passionate Group Trips Advisor to join our recruitment team in Goring by Sea, UK.
The Group Trips Advisor supports the Global Group Trips team. The Advisor will be involved with providing schedules, updating websites and materials for the UK Groups Team and overseas Recruitment offices. The nature of the job requires frequent, and timely communication with other offices and potential groups. The job will require the person to visit schools and potential groups at times. The person will also support the general recruitment team going out to events, answering the telephone and emails. The job is busy and can be physically demanding, so the candidate should be prepared to work flexible hours and travel within and outside the UK if necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience of volunteering overseas.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and the Internet.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines and multi-task.
- Be a good team member.
- Build good relations with customers.
An offer of employment is dependent upon receipt of satisfactory references and personal interview. You will be employed under a permanent contract subject to passing a three month probationary period.
